The building has four floors above the ground on the way downstream and two on the upstream. There is also a garage in the basement. The complex consists of a main building with a square plan, designed for business and commercial activities and a volume that contains the staircase and the elevator. These connect the floors of the new building with the existing building situated along the main upper road. To obtain maximum flexibility in the distribution, the pillars are aligned in two rows and a little bit drawn back from the curtain walls, in order to obtain a greater freedom in the interior spaces. The external walls are characterized by a large metal projecting eaves along all sides of the building: this is used to protect the plaster of the façades and to shade the ribbon windows.
